It’s a family affair!

Devilish Delights is a small family run business. Never the less, our number one priority is our customers and the love and respect we have for each other. We take pride in every dish we prepare by choosing the finest ingredients to make it all from scratch. We may be small, but we are chef driven! Meet us here then stop by the restaurant and meet us in person!

CEO & Pastry Chef Tara Randolph

Tara has been baking and decorating professionally for 15 years. In 2010, she attended Stratford University in Richmond, VA where she studied baking and pastry arts. While exploring her own aspirations of being her own boss she has worked in several bakeries and restaurants. In 2015, she decided to join the food truck craze and launched Devilish Delights (just desserts). In 2018, she took it a step forward and added hot foods to the menu and along came her husband David with the creation of Devilish Delights Desserts and Grill.

Smoke Master David Randolph

As a military combat veteran, David knows all to well what it means to be disciplined and patient. He served his country for 15 years before letting it go to become a full time dad for his then infant daughter, who was born with congenital heart disease. I am proud to say that today she is a 10 year old bundle of energy. He supported his wife, Tara in her dreams of opening a restaurant for a few years before he decided it was time to come on board. With his mastery skills on the grill and slow cooking meats it was a no brainer to add BBQ to the menu.

Executive Chef Todd Banks

Todd is a master in the kitchen! He has worked in the food service industry for over 35 years. He has cooked for several amazing celebrities such as the late Whitney Houston & Luther Vandross. John F. Kennedy Jr. & legendary actress Ruby Dee. His flavor combinations were so amazing that Sony Music reached out to him personally to offer him the Executive chef position from the recommendation of the funk master himself George Clinton! After he retired from the spot light he decided to do something that he had always dreamed about and that was running his very own kitchen. So it made sense for him to come on down to Virginia and join his daughter Tara and son in law David to launch Devilish Delights very first restaurant.
